此外,黃韜還(huan)建議,持(chi)續強化(hua)縣域(yu)(yu)特色產業數字(zi)化(hua)轉(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)策(ce)(ce)供給,制定區縣特色產業數字(zi)化(hua)轉(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)專項政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)策(ce)(ce)包,整(zheng)合財(cai)稅、金融(rong)、人(ren)才、土地、要素等政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)策(ce)(ce)力量,引導各級財(cai)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)資金對數字(zi)經濟(ji)(ji)領域(yu)(yu)重(zhong)大(da)平臺、項目及試點示范(fan)的(de)支(zhi)持(chi),探索成立傳統(tong)(tong)產業數字(zi)化(hua)發展(zhan)基金,積極落實數字(zi)經濟(ji)(ji)領域(yu)(yu)軟件、重(zhong)大(da)技術裝備的(de)惠企舉(ju)措,支(zhi)持(chi)開展(zhan)股權激勵(li)(li)和科技成果轉(zhuan)化(hua)獎(jiang)勵(li)(li)試點,重(zhong)點保障傳統(tong)(tong)產業數字(zi)化(hua)轉(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)領域(yu)(yu)用地、用能、創新等要素資源(yuan)的(de)優先(xian)配置。
